Life is Strange: Double Exposure - Max's House 1.0 for Blender 4.0+ This file contains Hellerton House. I've added 512x512 textures to keep VRAM usage at 6GB. I will add the original textures later, but those pushed 14GB. I've cut out all the surrounding campus to get this out sooner and opted for HDRIs of the campus because of how big it was. A full campus area will come later. Night and Day HDRIs of the campus are included with the textures.
