This environment is a conversion from DAZ. *Original model belongs to >! Polish!< and was created for Daz3D.* 4 out of 4 parts of the Luxury Casino Bundle. Includes: Restaurant, Bedroom, Hall, Pool. Previews: 1-2 Bedroom; 3-4 Hall; 5-6 Pool; 7-8 Restaurant. This map was compiled in Blender 4.5, it works with both Cycles (and I assume with Eevee).
